Anyone above the age of 16 can start training in the gym to enhance their sport although it is recommended that you have supervision if you are under 18 years old.

The short answer is YES! Because the movement from tennis crosses over nicely to Pickleball and Padel the exercises in the programs will also be great for you!

To begin you will be given a functional movement screen to complete. This will ensure you move well enough to start safely. Then, all the exercises come with video tutorials so you can navigate the programming with ease! If you have any questions you will also have the option to reach out to our coaches direct via WhatsApp!
