PORTABLE ICE BATH

Since I have been using my Ice Bath to recover I have massively increased my physical performance. I have been hitting PBs in the gym and feeling incredible on court. For me I notice the biggest improvements in my recovery time and my overall energy after deliberate cold exposure. I now either cold shower or Ice bath around 4 times a week. The portable Ice Bath is quick and easy to set up, easy to drain (comes with a hose attachment so you can run it down a shower drain if you want it indoors) and easy to clean with a rag and some detergent. - Rob (Founder of Xpand)
