Even for shorter Juniors, the versatile design allows for the elastic cords to be clipped on at different positions and heights, so can be used all the way through the years to full adult height. Great for working on keeping low with knees bent, leg drive in serves and explosive resistance training with the lead cord, just to mention a few.
